Introducing After-Hours Care Through Hello Pediatrics!

At Cornerstone Pediatrics, your child’s health and your peace of mind matter—day or night.   

That’s why we’re excited to offer after-hours care through Hello Pediatrics, providing expert pediatric telehealth from the comfort of your home.

Before using the service, please read the following important information:

🚨 For emergencies, always call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

💬 For non-urgent or non-clinical issues—including appointment requests or cancellations, medication refills (not urgently needed), and form requests (school, camp, sports, etc.)—please use our Patient Portal or call the office during regular hours.  

Please note: There will be a $5 charge for non-urgent or non-clinical calls received by Hello Pediatrics.

⏰  Weeknights until midnight: Non-emergent medical concerns are managed via telehealth visits.  These visits will be billed to insurance and subject to copays, deductibles, or coinsurance.
 

⏰  After midnight: Nurse triage via Hello Pediatrics is available by phone, subject to a $15 flat fee.  This service is intended to support medical concerns that can’t wait until the office reopens—but not requiring an urgent care or emergency department visit.
