Cornerstone Pediatrics is devoted to our mission to protect the health and well being of children, their families, our staff and the community at large. Subsequently, we are always taking measures to safeguard the health of our patients and our staff and we will continue to do everything we can to make coming to Cornerstone a safe experience.
Effective May 30th, 2023: Masks No Longer Required.
Patients, visitors, and team members will no longer be required to wear a mask at all times at Cornerstone.
However, patients who are coming into the office for evaluation of an illness (active cough, congestion, sore throat or other symptoms of a viral illness) will be asked to continue to mask for the entirety to prevent spreading the illness to others.
Masks will still be available for anyone who wants to wear one. Our staff will also mask if requested by our families. While our infection control policies continue to evolve, our priority remains the safety of our team members, patients, and the community.
We are continuing to separate the sick visits from the well visits. If your child is coming for a sick visit- we are still requiring you to call prior to entering into the offic or you may be directed to return to your vehicle and call to be phone triaged.
We can't not accept walk-ins, NO exceptions.
We are continuing to follow strict guidelines for disinfecting rooms and surfaces.
Please continue to follow hand hygiene guidelines and practice social distancing when possible.
We will continue to monitor respiratory illness activity across our community and may change masking guidance, as appropriate.
Best wishes from all of us here at Cornerstone Pediatrics
